Not enough time

I always seem to run out of time before I get a chance to write a post.  This week has been tough. Monday was back to work and I was exhausted.  I had my usual breakfast and coffee.  Lunch was my burrito mixture.  I think I was W1 and 911.  Mary talked to me most of the morning.

My legs were swollen again and my blood pressure was pretty high.  I had a terrible runny nose and headache all day.  After I left work I stopped at 25 to check my pressure, about 190!  Kelly and my mom wanted me to get checked so I went to Heathcote.  It was a bust.  A waste of money.  The docotor dismissed me and nothing happened except a new bruise from the IV.  I also lost a few hours of sleep.

Up for Tuesday and back to work.  I was really tired now.  Usual breakfast, Kelly made potoato/carrot soup.  It was spicy and good.  I drank a soda and felt crummy all day.  Ankles still swollen.  Mom was great and bought a whole bunch of food from Olive garden.  We had a nice dinner and few glasses of wine.  I fell asleep on her couch in no time.

Wednesday morning I was up early to shower and head to work.  Breakfast of peanut butter and lunch of Olive Garden leftovers.  I used my break fto get blood drawn at the dr's.  They don't seem to have it together.  At least it didn't take an hour this time.

I stopped by mom's on the way home and grabbed my baking stuff.  I made my normal cookies but they didn't turn out the right way.  They taste ok but the texture is off.  Dinner was a few slices of pizza and cokes.  I threw together anything I might want to pack for CO and finally got to bed.

It was rough waking up this morning.  I ended up going back to sleep for 20 minutes and then had to rush.  I gathered the food that would go bad this weekend and my things for work then rushed in.

I hate my job.  It is an awful place to work.  I'm phone and W1 this evening.  I don't like any of my co-workers and my boss today is terrible.  I can't wait until I can find something better.

I also can't wait till my ankles are normal.

Not the best week last week

So I'm a week overdue on posts.

It's hard to remember exactly what I ate but I'll give an overview of the week.

Monday was my second morning with C Squad.  I had gone grocery shopping the night before.  I made a ton of Butternut Squash and Chicken Soup with Quinoa.  It was amazing.  I ate some while watching the walking dead sunday night and then brought the rest to work Monday.  Breakfast was the usual coffee, toast, peanut butter and banana.  I was 911 1st half with Mary.  Then oddly enough by lunch time everyone else had "forgotten" their lunch and instead of ordering out they asked for soup, and had seconds.  By the time the shift was over there was just enough for me and mom to have a bowl for dinner.  My plans on having healthy pre-made lunch for the week was over.  I had a starbucks too, was going to have another of Chelle's cookies but of course, they had been eaten by everyone else already.

Had 2 tacos at the fire house and did some EMS training.  Noticed that my ankles/calves had swollen into cankles.  I couldn't even get my boots to zip up.  The EMT trainees at 3F are not very good.  I think it comes from lack of training and experience.  Madonna is especially troublemsome because she rides the ambulance all the time and is just plain awful.  She doesn't want to train and doesn't take any constructive feedback at all.

Tuesday was my first morning with D Squad.  I hung out on F3, had my bananas and peanut butter toast.  I skipped the coffee though.  My canlkes had diminished a little over night but then came right back during the day.  I used a couple hours of leave to check it out with the Dr who was no help.  He didn't seem to understand it and the PA was ridiculous.  She doesn't pay attention to the fact I'm waiting for her, then she asks stupid questions.  She doesn't listen to me and can't seem to put A and B together.  They had me schedule a follow up for Friday and I finished up the day at work on E2.

Mom and I had coffee after work with Bridget's mom.  She is a hoot.  Those two Jersey girls talked non-stop until I had to remind them I needed dinner.

That night I just went to my mom's and relaxed.  I ended up being up all night in the bathroom and with painful joints.  I called in sick for Wednesday.  I basically  slept all of Wednesday.  It was back to my house where I showered and cleaned up, even drying my hair.  Then to Kelly's birthday dinner.  She made great food and a tastey cake.  I only stayed a couple hours then back to Mom's and more sleeping.

I can't seem to wake up rested this week.  Got up early Thursday for an interview that was cancelled so I napped on the couch and had a Wawa sanwich before meeting Rob the trainer.  Our workout was tough.  Home again and a shower without caring about drying my hair.  Dinner was Taco Bell, Chipotle was too crowded.  I did walk around Target and got some errands done.  Watched the office and ate most of my tacos.  Bed was early.

Friday got up nice and early, packed and ate the usual peanut butter breakfast before meeting Rob.  We did a long body weight exercise set with active rests.  It was straight to the doctor's from there where I waited 30 minutes to be put in another room to wait on the stupid PA who still had no clue.  It was the biggest waste of an hour and has me considering finding a new GP.

Mom's for a quick shower and then on the road to KB's.  I had McDonald's chicken club and fries with a coke zero on the road.  Bad choice but I was in a bad mood.  Not too much trafiic, lots of sun and a wonderful playlist got me to Norfolk in no time.

I guess I had different expectations for the weekend but it was fun in any case.  We had starbucks and then went to a sports bar.  Dinner was bad, basically some wings and cheese fries.  We had some pumpkin beer but then the bar caught fire.  I yelled at the waitress that accussed us of walking out on the tab and we went back to KB's.  We tried some wine I had brought down, it wasn't very good.  KB wanted to watch TrueBlood so she did and I basically went to sleep.  I really dislike that show.

The next day we made eggs for breakfast but it took ages for KB to get moving.  Finally around noon we were walking to the wine festival.  It was already crowded by the time we got there.  The venue was not suited to the amount of people they sold tickets too.  Everything was crowded and pushy.  People were beyond rude and the wineries lines were so long.  KB was in a strange mood and the friends she went with left us almost immediately.  She didn't like the other friends we ran into so it was just the two of us.  She ended up getting tanked and I had to take her home.  I also ended up paying for everything.  So back we went to her house, she passed out on the floor for a few hours.  I got her up and walked her to a nearby mexican place.  The food was good but she was basically out.  Took her home and she slept on the couch.  I watched some netfliks and went to bed.  It was a terrible sleep, so much street noise!

Eventually she woke up on Sunday and we went out to a nice brunch.  I headed home by noon and got stuck in lots of pockets of traffic.  I stopped over and had dinner at mom's with Tommy, nachos.  I got home to Bristow later than I should and went to bed after making lunch for the work week.

We had a Starbucks and killed time while she worked.  Then dinner was out at a sports bar.  Cheese fries and wings with beer.  Another bad day but vacation???  The bar caught fire, the waitress accused us of running out on the tab and I yelled at her.

Another shift starts

I was not in the mood to get up this morning.  I laid in bed for a few minutes before getting my act together.  I threw some clothes on and some food together and headed in.  I had to break open the refill for the synthroid today.  I can't tell if it is helping.  I am still so tired, cold more often then not, and depressed.  It seems that the cytomel makes me hot though.  I am burning up on the drive to work these days.

I stopped at 7-11 for bananas and coffee.  Today I was E1 and 911.  Chelle brought cookies which I've been into all day.  Madre dropped off Dunkin Donuts coffee and a sausage/egg croissant for breakfast.  The morning half went fast.  Nicole can't seem to take a  hint that I have NOOOOO desire to talk to her.  Calls were entered terribly but I can't say I'm even surprised any more.

Lunch was a bagel with a banana and peanut butter.  I ate more cookies.  I haven't been drinking enough water today.  I just can't wait to get home.  Telma and I napped during our break around 1pm but I'm starting to fade again.  I should run before heading home.  I have everything in my gym bag except a band-aid to put on my heel blister.  I might just run though the pain to get some calories burned.  Last week was a nutritional disaster.

I'm going to work on a grocery list now and if I run or not I'm stopping for groceries tonight.  Packing a lunch tomorrow!!

Tonight - The Walking Dead!

Medic Time

I snoozed a little too late and rushed around in the morning.  I got my pills in and headed to 3R.  Jason and I were putting up a medic for the day.  As usual equipment was missing.  We ended up having to chase things down at the hospital.  We almost managed to get a chick-fil-a breakfast out of our efforts but had an unconscious spoil it.

By the time we actually got food it was lunch time.  Wawa Chicken Cheesesteak, a large coffee and a poweraid.  It was delicious as usual.  I followed it up with 3-4 more cups of coffee at 3R and some angry emails.

We visited Ryan and his family then ran a few more calls.  It was amazing how poorly everything was dispatched.  I don't understand how people get away with consistently messing up their job.  It served to lower my already in the bottom morale about work.

Dinner was at Montclair Family Chicken.  I had a bowl of chicken and rice soup and the chicken pita wrap platter.  I should have had a salad and no fries but they tasted soooooooo great.  I had a diet coke which should have been water.

Vince showed up when we got back and was being completely ridiculous as usual.  So we unstaffed early and left.  I got back to Mom's and finished my banana milkshake from Friday's checkers run.  I watched a bit of TV then to bed.

Friday

I fought hard against a hangover.  I got up, drank and drank water.  I had a slice of toast with peanut butter before heading to meet my trainer.  It was not a pleasant day for my intestines though....

We had a good workout, I fell like I sweat out a couple gallons.  We did a circuit again:

chest press
medicine ball side to sides
squats presses
seated row
mountain climbers

A cool down on the bike and then stretching to finish up.  I hit up starbucks again but only from the caramel macchiato.

I snacked on candy after and grabbed a crunchwrap supreme at Taco Bell.  Seems like I have completely gotten away from meal planning.

The Perez family was supposed to go pumpkin hunting but the patch was closed so I just hung out with the babies at their house.  Cute kids - added to my arm workout for the day!

I headed over to 17 for the spaghetti dinner.  I was late to set-up but I definitely helped with serving/running.  Clean-up was a marathon of lifting chairs into the trucks.  It was good to stay active.  I had a normal portion of dinner and salad.  I did also indulge in a cupcake.

The problem was I ate before all the running, lifting, cleaning and by the end around 9pm I was hungry again.  I was also exhausted and cold.  Tommy ran to checkers and I made bad choices.  I ate a bacon cheeseburger and fries.  I still couldn't warm up and ended up sleeping under a ton of blankets on Mom's couch.

Thursday - GET UP!

So I managed to motivate myself off the couch Thursday morning.  I went for a jog right after taking my pills.  I tried to go up the Linton Hall hill but it failed.  I was cold, thirsty, and hungry.  My mental stamina sucked.  At the top on the hill I turned and jogged back.  I went for about 17 minutes and 1 mile.

I ate candy and a Luna bar, drank some green tea and coffee.  I made myself presentable and waited for Kaytie.  She picked me up and we headed to Bridget's.  I need to start taking charge and planning our outings.  Bridget's plans aren't ideal and we usually waste a ton of time or go to something not so great.  The winery, Bluemont, was nice but it had a very small selection of wines.  They weren't bad but I'd rather have hit a couple different places then spend all that time on the road for one place with only 2 reds to try.  We should have planned better and tried the farm for pumpkins too.  Oh well.

After the winery we had to drop Sammy off so he could meet the guys.  Kaytie and Bridget insisted on going back to Leesburg for an Octoberfest.  I knew it wasn't an actual festival, just a bar promo but they of course didn't listen.  So we went back to the tourist trap crap street Harrison in fake Leesburg.  The beer was bad, overpriced and there was no Octoberfest.  They at least realized it when we got there and agreed to get pizza across the street.  By that point though Bridget had eaten/drank too much and got sick.  The more annoying thing... I've paid for everything at this point.  Kaytie had chipped in her share but nothing from Bridget.

So off to Steakhouse to meet the boys.  Another evening filled with smoke and the too loud annoying bar.  It was nice to see everyone though.  Even Lourdes and the Hopes made it out.  The problem was Bridget kept drinking and insisted on leaving with all of them back to the hall.  After some drama we finally left, getting me home around 430am.  I have no idea how Kaytie stayed up for the ride to drop off Bridget and then to her house.

I'm tired of this same pattern.  Next time I'm ensuring it is different.

Food for the day was a mess - after candy breakfast was taco bell - 3 soft tacos and some diet soda.  Cheese and bread with the wine, lots of beer, a few slices of fancy pizza, a cannoli.

Past due

I have slacked on updating.  I keep thinking about sitting down to write but go to sleep instead.  Wednesday was a pretty bad day.

I got up and ate a clif bar but did the snooze thing and never really got going.  We had a good training session, it was hard but I made it to the stretching.  It was then that I got dizzy and nausea kicked in big time.  I almost thought I wasn't going to be able to drive home.  I stopped at Starbucks, had a venti iced carmel macchiato (the caramel syrup was an immediate fix) and a sausage egg sandwich.  I got home and laid on the couch.   I stayed there all day.  I barely got up to use the bathroom.  I didn't eat anything else.  I just laid there and slept.

Not a winning day.

Tuesday

Got to sleep in today but I overslept.  I should have gotten up and exercised.  Traffic is not good if I sleep in a little, might as well get up early and have an easy ride.

Breakfast: Coffee with creamer and splenda, toast and peanut butter with a banana donated by Stephanie.

West radio was easy.  I spent all morning studying for the EMT Instructor pre-test.  It was putting me to sleep but I managed.  Then switch to the phones and a wait to use the microwave.  A co-worker I am not a fan of solidified my opinion of her when she (at the height of the lunch rush) put a frozen pasta meal bag into a throw away plastic container and microwaved it for 10 minutes.  REALLY? You should wait till everyone else does their 1-2 minute reheat or go to the kitchen if it takes that long.  ALSO NOT IN PLASTIC.  Ok I'm done.

Lunch: burrito with the chicken bean rice stuff
Snack: piece of candy, 100 calorie pretzel pack
Dessert: pumpkin and apple pie with a starbucks refresher

I read an email from a police captain requesting that we basically handle soliciting complaints EXACTLY as I did with the man that complained and Tracy implied in my review was improper.  I hate that she gets to write bullshit in my evaluation.  More and more I think I know my job better then the majority of the people in that center.

Off early to take the EMT instructor pre-test.  I think I passed the multiple choice portion but I didn't even try to answer one of the essays.  The test was terrible.  I don't think in anyway it evaluates ability to be a good instructor.  Oh well.  I'll retake it if I fail.

Home to find my toe socks arrived!  Can't wait to try them tomorrow.  I ate the rest of the chicken stuff with a couple diet sodas and a piece of candy.  I took a couple gas pills and still have a ton of gas.  I'm back to constipation :(.

Watched the end of Hart of Dixie and the Mindy Project, finished the laundry and headed right to bed at the end of this post.

Goal for tomorrow is to make up some miles outside after the session with the trainer.

Columbus Day

So working with D Squad wasn't as bad as I thought.  I spent most of the morning talking with Tom, who I have tons of strange connections with, small world.  Waking up wasn't too bad but I definitely wish Station 23 had nicer beds.  I stopped at Wawa for some gas and then off to work.

Breakfast: toast and peanut butter w/ banana, Wawa coffee plus a refill
Lunch: Harris Teeter Chicken Chili
Snack: Almonds (too many) and a pumpkin cake thing from Maggie

I stayed over for Sherrie till just after 7pm.  I decided to play trivia with the officers for Columbus Day.  It definitely made the time pass more enjoyably.  Connie made chili so I horned in.

Dinner: Chili with cheese and a corn muffin

Home to laundry and Halloween candy and the rest of my Ben and Jerry's.  I watched some Switched and Birth and headed to bed.  OH!  I also had a Sam Adams.   So my nutrition is still not the best.  I am glad I'm getting slowly better and am proud of my breakfasting.

Lots of gas and not the best bathroom day.

Sunday not so Funday

After a poor nights sleep it was another early morning.  Threw some stuff together and headed out to Harris Teeter to pick up some breakfast.  Kelly and I decided to make breakfast on fire dispatch (we invited Chelle too since she was F2).

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices whole grain toast, thin sliced cheddar, onions, peppers - SO GREAT. Also had almost the entire container of Simply Orange w/ Mango.

Morning seemed to drag on... had some coffee and read my magazines.  We got talking about all the things needing improvement at the center.  If management would be open to change, input, suggestions, etc there could be so much good done here.  I get annoyed with my co-workers but they actually have some great ideas, are thoughtful, and really do want to provide better services (some of them).  It is a shame the management is so horrible and closed to suggestions from the grunts.

Lunch: Harris Teeter Chicken Chilli with a Starbuck Refresher
Snack: Starbucks Venti Pumpkin Spice Latte with soy, slice of birthday cake

Afternoon went by without incident.  I headed out to the firehouse straight from work.  It is nice to put up my own medic unit with the boys.  Unfortunately the supplies were a mess, equipment missing and the drug box was expired. After a while at the ERnwe were good to go.

Dinner: Ruby Tuesday Salad Bar with Chicken Quesadilla and water

In bed by 9pm but then up for a call around 10.  PCP overdose that turned out to be a very out of it girl.  The police turned her over to us and failed to notice she had a fairly large knife clipped to her belt.  I managed to take it off without upsetting her but it definitely rose the tension during transport.  Back to bed and a fairly good sleep till 0430.

Saturday and working

So Saturday was my first offical day back working and on the new schedule and it went well.  It went well.  I had no trouble getting up, showering and getting on the road.  A quick stop to Harris Teeter for some bread and into work I went.  I enjoyed seeing C Squad but I couldhave done without the people who were filling in.

Breakfast: 2 slices of whole grain bread with peanut butter and a banana, gingerbread coffee with splenda and milk.
Snack: Yougurt pretzels 100 calorie pack

Headed over to the radios for second half and had my "burrito" with my chicken bean rice mixture.  I also grabbed a starbucks refresher.  It was a pretty rough after lunch slump, very hard to stay awake.  I also was fighting terrible gas.  It seems lately that I get constipated, then have tons of gas preceeding loose stool.  I've been trying GasX but it doesn't seem to work.  I wonder if I just can't tolerate beans?

Lunch: burrito, chicken, rice, black beans, veggies, cheese and Starbucks Refresher
Snack: clif bar, venti carmel macchiato w/ soy, grande NF mocha frap

Break was ruined by a terrible cashier at Starbucks and the very impatient lady in line behind me.  The rest of the afternoon seemed to pass quickly and before I knew it I was headed to my Mom's for her birthday dinner.

We went to Park Lane in Fredericksburg where they were having and Octoberfest.  It wasn't too crowded but the food was not good.  I tried a special and it was just bad.  The appetizers and dessert were good though. I probably ate too much and it wasn't quality.

Dinner: mix of appetizers, chips, fries, calamari, cornbeef sliders, a breaded chicken cutlet with ham and cheese, a beer, a cider, half an irish coffee, and cheesecake w/ banana and carmel sauce.

Mom was having too much fun and by the time we dropped off Rich and Lora it was past 1130pm.  I bagged going home to Bristow, found some clothes I had left at home and went to sleep at Mom's. Tommy of course needed the TV on all night and with the terrible mattress I slept very poooly.

Not my healthiest day but still pretty good.

2 days in one

I went to visit Kyle last night so I never got around to posting.  Here is the rundown from Thursday:

up at 0545, pills at 17 and then drove home.  took a nap till 945 and then up to visit the lawyer!
he was actually very nice and helpful - totally worth $35, back home and I went right back into a nap.  had some left over chicken/rice/beans and then off to courthouse!

finally got all the paperwork filed and i will be suing my previous trainer in court on november 28.  i think i will get a judgement but i hope he just agrees to settle things beforehand.

then it was back home, some TV and a very very upset stomach.  i broke down after about an hour in the bathroom and took some pepto.  off to kyle's!  it is actually not too bad of a trip, not much traffic.  we ordered dominos and i had 4 slices with a beer.  it was very chill, talking and glee watching.  i need to make more time for friends like kyle.  home i went and pretty much straight to bed.

so now we are on today.  it was a rough wake up.  i got up, took my pills and went straight back to bed and almost overslept.  i did manage to get down half a clif bar and some water but i really need to eat a better breakfast.  rob the trainer had me doing a hard 5 round circuit today.  we started at 20 reps, went down by 2 each set and tried to get as many sets in as possible in 25 minutes.  it went chest press, reverse crunch on the bench, squats, lat pulldown, ab crunches.  i seriously thought i ripped my abs on the 1st set.  it was incredibly hard but he says i did well.  warm-up/cool down was on the elliptical and i almost lost it during stretches.  i need to eat breakfast!!!

home to the rest of the clif bar, green tea and some tv/computer/nap time.  lunch was a burrito of chicken and veggies w/ cheese.  i turned the rest of it into a rice/bean/corn/chicken mix to get me through work lunches this week.  then i was super productive, cleaned my entire closet.

i put away most of the clothes that won't fit right now.  it is so frustrating to be fat after i lost 80lbs.  i'm dying for the scale to go down again but it's no use looking at things i can't wear.  my work out clothes are center stage now.

i dusted, organized my desk area and then ran errands.  i picked up my prescriptions, some jewelry i had ordered, and then went for a jog at the gym.  My lunch is packed, my clothes are laid out, my work bag is packed.  I have to figure out what i need to bring for mom's birthday dinner after work but now it is shower time and bed!

i have room for improvement over the last 2 days but i took all my medications today and am feeling pretty good.

while watching the debates

this post is being written while i watch the debates.  so i'm not sure it will be very well written as i am distracted.

speaking of, just laughed because the drinking game for the debate says drink when Romney says small business - he just got a few people drunk in one sentence.

so not the best day.  i'll call it growing pains.  over slept at my mom's.  cancelled the trainer.  got my meds in super late, 1030am then went to ihop with mom.  i had coffee, pumpkin pancakes, 2 fried eggs, 4 bacons and sausages and hashbrowns.  that was way too much food but the pancakes were amazing.

we shopped, i got new shoes and some items at target.  then it was on to a starbucks venti iced skinny caramel macchiato.  dropped mom off, had a glass of apple cider (so good) and headed to get some medic hours.

i actually brought a bunch of food to 17 but we ended up going to 23 for some homemade lasagna, salad, and garlic bread.  so that ended a not so great eating day with no exercise.

we managed to get 2 calls so far and both were legitimate.  i have managed to make myself look idiotic in front of the intern.  i'm pretty sure he thinks i am terrible.  so tonight he asks if i have a key.... yes, yes i do because i'm endorsed... and then i continue to let him bully me into doing things wrong... and he keeps giving me pep talks.

well bedtime is here so good night! fingers crossed for a better day tomorrow.

Another day, another post!

So today I'm slightly off plan. Sleeping at my moms and left my morning medications at home :/.  It will be okay - up by 6 and home for pills and food then gym with trainer.

Work went well. I already HATE explaining to people what is going on with me. Do I really need to tell everyone the state of my hormones?

Morning was rough but I got through it. Breakfast was two pieces of whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter. Two cups of coffee with creamer, a 100 calorie yogurt pretzel pack then lunch! My spinach lasagna roll with Morning Star Farms meatballs and some leftover sauce. I barely got through one water bottle and caved to cake and ice cream.

Went straight to the gym and did the cross thingy machine for 30 minutes. It was way too crowded there. Dinner was wonderful chicken, green beans, and sweet potatoes a $6 meal from wegmans with iced tea and a snickerdoodle.

The heartburn is creeping back in and I'm exhausted. Hoping I'm not leg sore tomorrow and the random bruises heal better.

Not looking forward to work

I go back to work in the morning.  I am not looking forward to it.  This past week off has been amazing.  I have prepped though.  My bag is packed, lunch is made, gym bag packed, breakfast/coffee ready to go.  I laid out my uniform and showered.

Here is the rundown from today:

Awake - 0545 - took Synthroid at Station 17
Nice quick drive on 619 home
0700 Breakfast - 2 slices whole grain toast and peanut butter (almost finished it) w/ water
After breakfast took my 1st dose of Cytomel
Nap till 0845 then 1 hour session with the trainer, did 8 sets of 20seconds/10rest squats, pushups, shoulder press, elliptical, lat pull down, crunches, & jumping jacks
about 2 glasses of chocolate milk, nap (was super cold too)
up around 1100- shower, gas at sheetz
lunch 1300 - sheetz pretzel melt with vitamin water
1345 annual visit with the lady doctor's office....
chips and homemade salsa @ mom's w/ iced tea
went to Pitch Perfect had a 7-11 coffee w/ creamers and splenda
dinner - taco bell cantina chicken bowl and steak soft taco, diet dr pepper
handful of Hershey kisses

Overall I still feel depressed/tired/etc.  I also still have an upset/crampy stomach with intermittent heartburn.  It isn't bad enough to take anything over the counter but it's annoying me.  The gyno visit went okay.  It was more uncomfortable then I remember.  She is super nice and very talkative.  I'm expecting that this will lead to a phone call next week to set up more testing for abnormalities.  She also was on the "go see an Endocrinologist" bandwagon.  I *may* call my dad's if things aren't significantly improved in November.

Pitch Perfect was great.  I makes me long to have a singing voice and to date a cute dorky guy with an amazing singing voice.  I am very glad I made the effort to get an entry down today.  I dislike the amount of crap food I ate today.  Tomorrow will be better!  Goal is to get in at least 2 miles.
