I start the new T3 medication tomorrow. I've decided to take my journal electronic and use this blog to get it done. I've been fairly successful with the print version but I think that with my iPhone this might be easier to update in "real time".
So current situation:
- about 273lbs
- somewhere in the 45% body fat area
- size 18
- 125 mcg T4
- 5 mcg T3
- vitamins: Woman's One a Day, vitamin D, cranberry, calcium and probiotics
- meeting a trainer 3x a week for 1 hour
- restricted to day shifts till December
Goals:
- record everything I put in my moth from now till December 3rd's appointment
- maintain a steady weight loss
- get on a schedule and stick to it
- run at least 3 times a week
- cook my own food 75% of the time
